Knew.net plays random music videos from YouTube. It uses YouTube API Services to find videos and the official YouTube embedded player to play them. By using Knew.net you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We have no accounts and do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details. We do not connect to your YouTube or Google account.
To avoid playing the same song twice, the page saves the IDs of videos you have played, and your chosen category and keywords, and a list of songs found for your searches, in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. Played-video IDs and saved song lists are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete them at any time with the Clear my play history link on the music page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
To use YouTube's search less, our server saves recent search words and the list of songs YouTube found for them, and shares that list with every visitor who searches the same words. It does not record who searched or anything else about you. Saved searches are re-checked with YouTube or deleted within 30 days. It also counts how often each search is used, for 30 days, to show the most popular ones as buttons on the music page.
These companies may collect information from or about your device directly, under their own policies.
All data this site keeps is in your own browser, so you can delete it yourself as described above. If you have a question or a request, email contact@knew.net and we will respond within 30 days.
